Saturday, 10:00 to 14:00 for dock visits and key hand-overs.
Sunday and public holidays, closed. Winter ice-house enquiries are answered on the next working day.
Key hand-overs outside these hours are arranged in writing before the start of a term.
Three questions the desk hears most
Most families write six to ten weeks before the weekend they want, and the summer windows close earlier than that. The desk replies with the cabins and dates that are still open, and holds a window for five working days while the written lease is prepared. Returning guests receive first refusal on their usual cabin before the general window opens.
Yes. The desk can combine a cabin booking, a dock slip and a rack bay on one lease document, provided the berth and the bay are free for the same dates. Send the craft length and draft with your enquiry so the crew can survey the berth before the slip is promised. A combined lease is usually cheaper and always simpler than three separate arrangements.
The desk calls the guest before the let and explains the condition of the approach. If the route cannot be marked safely, the let is moved to a later date or refunded in full. No guest is ever asked to decide between a booking and the condition of the ice, and the crew records every route check in writing.
RHPZ HAUS, LLC opens its summer season window in early May, and the leasing desk welcomes written enquiries from families who would like their cottage pass held before the pier boards are laid for the year.
