FLOAT

RHPZ HAUS, LLC manages a quiet collection of lakeside cottages, weekend cabins and leased dock space from its office at 4712 W Bayview Dr, South Jordan - 84009-1328, United States (US). Every stay is arranged by hand, from the first enquiry through the final key hand-back, so the season runs calmly for owners and guests alike. Families who lease through the desk receive one named contact, a written pass window and a dock crew that surveys the water before any berth is assigned.

A Leasing House, Not a Booking Platform

Cottages held for people who return every summer

RHPZ HAUS, LLC was built around a simple observation: a lakeside cottage is not a hotel room and should never be sold like one. Guests come back to the same porch, the same jetty, the same stretch of evening water, and the leasing relationship has to hold that continuity. Our team keeps a written record of every cottage, every slip assignment and every seasonal habit so that the second summer feels like the second summer, not a first booking. That record also covers the small practical matters, such as which gate key a household prefers and how early a family likes the dock crew to arrive.

The office at 4712 W Bayview Dr, South Jordan - 84009-1328, United States (US) coordinates each lease with the property host, the dock crew and the guest. Because all six of our lease services were designed together, a family that begins with a weekend cabin booking can later move into a season pass, add a kayak rack space, and eventually settle into long-stay cottage terms without starting the paperwork again.

How we work: written confirmations, named contacts, clear pass windows, and a leasing ledger that is updated by a person rather than an algorithm. Our phone line at +13255231350 reaches the same desk that signs the lease.

Inside the Dock House

How a cottage season is actually held together

The dock house is the working heart of our leasing operation. It holds the slip board on the north wall, the oar rack beside the door, and a depth gauge rail that the crew reads before every launch. Guests rarely see the room, but every lease decision passes through it. When a family arrives for a weekend cabin booking, the desk already knows which cleat is free, how much water sits under it, and whether the reading shelter roof was repaired after the last storm. The same board is checked again before a season pass is renewed, so that a pass holder never arrives at a gate that the crew has forgotten to unlock.

Our approach to the dock slip leases follows the same discipline. Each berth is surveyed twice a year, the mooring hardware is inspected on a written schedule, and the depth at the outermost line is recorded so larger craft are never placed where they will ground at low water. For long-stay cottage terms, the crew keeps a maintenance calendar that is shared with the guest in plain language rather than a technical log. A guest who wants the calendar in print receives a copy at the autumn renewal conversation, with the winter drain dates marked in the same hand that signs the lease.

The winter work matters just as much. Winter ice-house lets are reviewed weekly against the ice thickness on the bay, and the desk will close a shelter without hesitation if the approach is unsafe. We would rather turn a booking away than place a family on thin ice, and our guests have come to expect that caution. The same care extends to the kayak rack rentals, where every strap is checked each morning so that a craft is never left hanging on a worn buckle.

  • Named leasing contact for every cottage, so guests know who to call before, during and after the stay.
  • Written inventory for each cabin, checked at hand-over and again at hand-back.
  • Surveyed depths at every stocked slip, recorded twice per season by the dock crew.
  • Season pass windows that respect the nesting period on the eastern reed bank.
  • Weather holds on ice-house lets, decided by the crew and communicated the same day.
  • Renewal conversations held in autumn, before cottages are closed for the cold months.

The Leasing Ledger

What each part of the year asks of us

Spring

Pier boards are checked and re-laid, dock slips are surveyed, and the kayak rack rentals are restrapped for the returning craft. Weekend cabin windows for early summer are confirmed and the pass list is closed to new names until the first guests settle in.

Summer

The desk runs the full six services at once. Season passes are honoured at the shore gate, dock slips are inspected after heavy weather, and long-stay families receive their mid-season check-in note with maintenance dates and any changes to the shelter schedule.

Autumn and Winter

The pier is lifted, the ice-house shelters are prepared, and every lease that will renew is discussed in person or by phone. Long-stay cottage terms that continue through the cold months receive a heating and pipe-care briefing before the first hard frost.

Hold a cottage window for next season

The leasing desk is taking written enquiries for weekend cabin bookings, dock slips and full-season cottage terms. Send the dates you have in mind and the desk will reply with the windows that remain open.
